I was told they would overnight them to me via next day air. They DID NOT. They sent it standard ground and now my clients who keep asking for their images have to wait 2 more days till they can get their images. This will now be the 3rd time I have had to inform my clients their photos will be delayed.
I called customer service and asked what happened and they told me I should have selected a faster delivery option! I selected 5 days and its going to end up taking 13!!!
