In no particular order, here's a big handful of hidden gems (titles are clickable links): Really nice arrangements for somewhat advance players. Lots of trad jazz (including the nicest uke version I've found of ), blues, but a little David Bowie, too. Hard to go wrong!
Some classical, Christmas, and Hawaiian. Fun site with some surprising extras, a little beyond the expected ukulele fare. French songs, Beatles, not to mention a whole section of tabs of songs from video games, like!

I've found some very enjoyable free uke songs in the past–including some oddities like tv theme songs and video game songs, and now he's offering a free book.

A nice selection for both high- and low-G ukes. How can you not love the obviously very silly Serious Band? And they have a vast and eclectic collection of free ukulele songs and tabs to download.
