He spends money on gadgets and cars and other hobbies or lends to his friends. Horribly I have close friends who have been threatened with divorce if they stop earning becuase if they don't earn they don't have any value.
The Imams and men in Dawah definitely need to address this. This is so horrible that people are actually searching for women who earn as spouses and expect them to work and earn amidst pregnancy plus do housework. The meaning of Qawwam is so messed up in our time. And those who are not educated enough or cannot earn are put down and condescended for being useless no matter how perfectly they are raising kids or taking care of home. May Allah save me and all sisters from such spineless men. Ameen ya rabbi.

If you feel hatred overtaking your heart, you fall on your knees and pray for your enemies. Dear student, if you do not heed this warning then you will drown in the world when hardship comes and you will be lowered in the sight of man. This dunya is a test. You have to keep moving. Don't get caught up in the meaningless words of people.
Stick to the truth. Stick to the Sunnah. You are imitating that Prophet ﷺ who was stoned in Ta'if and still lifted up his hands and called out for their forgiveness. Lovers don't complain - they take the pain.
You can't experience the rose without experiencing the thorns. One day you shall carry the weight of this ummah on your back. We only show our weakness to Allah. We only open up to those we truly trust.
