Bought it from Maplin and have installed the driver that come with it but have an error message (code 34) ' Windows cannot determine the setting for this device.bla.bla.bla'. I check on one of the website and it was advised to set the port settings to: 9600; 8; None; 1; Xon/Xoff.however still not solving the problem. I used COM 6 as allocated automatically under General tab ' Communication Port'. Can anyone help advise the correct setting? I use this port to transfer data from my laptop to Garmin GPS Etrex H.
